TV Freight:
Please note that TVs over 20" cannot be shipped using standard carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.). These TVs can only be shipped using a private freight company. Therefore, standard shipping options and prices do not apply to TVs over 20". Please e-mail us at Sales@BSless.com for an actual freight cost prior to ordering. Ensure to include the model number and your complete shipping address.

Large and/or Heavy Items:
Additional shipping charges for heavy items (over 25 pounds) are incorporated into the prices of most such items. This may not apply to some items (furniture, sub boxes, some DJ cases, etc.) as such items must be shipped by a trucking company and/or the shipping costs depend greatly on the destination. If a specific item must be shipped by a trucking company, then we will inform you of the actual shipping charges once your order is received. At that time you will have the choice of paying these charges or canceling your order. Our Efficient Order Flow Process:
Once a credit card order is placed and your credit card is instantly verified, the order is automatically directed to the warehouse. Your order is then packed and shipped. In most instances, orders submitted during the day are shipped the same day. If an item is on backorder, you are then contacted with an expected date of delivery. At that point you may elect to cancel your order or wait for the item to come in. Your credit card will never be charged unless the order is shipped. top

Returns/Exchanges:
Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of shipment for a matching product exchange. Non-defective items may be returned for a refund within 45 days of shipment. All items returned must be in as-new condition with all accessories, documents, and packaging. Non-defective item returns will be subject to a 15% processing fee. Defective returns for which a refund is requested (as opposed to exchange), will also be subject to a 15% processing fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We will pay for shipping of a defective item replacement. As we are not responsible for items lost during return shipment, you should send the package fully insured and trackable. As a fraud prevention measure, we maintain serial number records of all products sold in our store. We check each returned item against those records.

TVs over 20" are also not returnable unless damaged during shipment. Each unit comes with warranty (usually in-home). Due to high shipping costs, it would not be feasible to return these units to us.  

Return Procedure:
E-mail us at Sales@BSless.com with a brief statement including the order number and reason for return. We will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions. top

International Orders:
Canada:
Canadian customers are welcome to order using our online form. Shipping is calculated real time, with the exception of USPS shipping for orders less than 5 lbs which have a flat rate cost of $30 to ship. Please note that brokerage fees may be associated with UPS Ground shipments. These will have to be paid to UPS directly upon delivery. UPS Air shipments are not charged brokerage fees. To our knowledge, there are no brokerage fees associated with United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping. 

Other Countries:
Prior to placing an international order, please e-mail us at Sales@BSless.com with a description of the item/s that you are planning to purchase and your complete address. We will then reply with the actual shipping charges. We do not accept international credit cards. Payment can only be made using international money order or direct bank wire transfer. Payments can only be in U.S. dollars. We must include an invoice with every international order with actual product value information. top

Manufacture's Warranty:
All of the products that we sell come with full warranty. We guarantee it! If for any reason you experience difficulty in obtaining warranty work locally, then we will honor the terms of the manufacturer's warranty and make any required repairs. We have an authorized in-house repair facility as well as many manufacturer and industry contacts. We stand behind every product that we sell.
