
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Since nearly all products listed on our website are in stock and our highly efficient order flow system ensures same day shipping on most orders, there are usually no order processing delays as experienced with many other resellers. Order are usually processed as they come in and shipped out before the end of the current shipping day. Transit time for Ground shipments is anywhere from one to six business days. On average, it takes three business days for Ground shipments to arrive. The closer the destination is to NJ/NY, the faster your package will arrive. Expedited shipping options are also available and if used the order is guaranteed to arrive within the expedited period chosen. Only business days are counted when transit time is concerned and counting begins when the order is shipped, not placed.
Q. How come your prices are so low?
A. Since our prices are much lower than retail stores as well as other sources, then many of our customers are concerned that they will be receiving lower quality merchandise. This is simply untrue. The merchandise purchased from us will be exactly the same as higher priced merchandise purchased elsewhere. The main reason for our low prices is that we work extremely hard to negotiate the best possible prices for our customers. Our large volume of sales also usually allows us to negotiate quantity pricing which is lower than standard wholesale pricing set by manufacturers. We also do not have a retail location which cuts thousands of dollars in overhead. Over the years we implemented very strict fraud prevention measures and eliminated losses associated with fraud. Further, since most of our customers know exactly what they are looking for, our return rate is very low and therefore associated costs are minor as well. Perhaps the most important factor which contributes to our low prices is that we are simply not greedy. Our profit margin is always reevaluated and is maintained at a very reasonable level. Since our marketing efforts are mostly limited to Word of Mouth, we save a tremendous amount of money on advertising and therefore are not required to pass these expenses to our customers. Our business plan is based on profits from volume sales and repeat customers. We would much rather satisfy thousands of customers while making a little profit from each sale, then satisfy a few customers while making a killing on each sale.
Q. Are the products that you sell brand new or refurbished?
A. Every item that we sell is brand new and factory sealed. We do not deal with refurbished, B stock, returned, or gray market goods. Some sellers may sell items which are not brand new while claiming that they are brand new. We will never do so as we have been in this industry for many years and have a great reputation to maintain. Our excellent customer ratings and spotless business records attest to our ethical business practices. Our #1 marketing strategy is Word of Mouth and this is the main factor that has lead to our healthy growth over the years.
Q. Will warranty be included with my item?
A. Since the products that we sell are brand new (with serial numbers) and factory sealed, all products come with the standard manufacturer's warranty. You should therefore not encounter any problems obtaining warranty work. However, if at any time you experience difficulty in obtaining warranty work, then we will do our best to help you through the situation. We have many manufacturer and industry-related contacts. We are aware of the fact that in order to protect the sometimes outrageous profits of retail stores, some manufacturers claim that warranty will not be provided if a product is purchased online. This can actually be an illegal claim. After all, the manufacturers manufactured the equipment that we sell and they also sold the equipment to us for reselling purposes. Perhaps this is why in years of selling equipment online, we never encountered a situation where warranty work could not be obtained when required. However, in order to make you even more comfortable purchasing an item from us and saving money, we are offering the following guarantee: We will honor any manufacturer’s warranty if a manufacturer ever refuses to honor their warranty because the product was purchased online. We have an in-house authorized repair facility which can repair product defects per manufacturer specifications.
